field-tested in numerous small to very large and complex projects completed over the past 10 years. These are no ordinary tools! They
provide a significant amount of functionality and integrity not found in most tool kits
The tool kit was developed under MsOffice Professional, MsProject and VISIO 2000. They employ a great deal
of its functionality to simplify their use and provide exception handling to SAVE YOU TIME!
Word templates make a significant use of styles, style referencing, pop-up menus etc. to simplify its use, so your team does not have
to use search-replace functions to change project or document names. Many of the tools are form-based to simplify the completion of
reports without worrying about formatting. Advanced formatting features provide a consistent and professional look to your project
deliverables.
Excel templates make extensive use of variables and parameters to manage their content and behaviour. They also provide a great deal
of exception reporting, noted by changing the colour of the cells to alert the project manager of significant deviations or areas that
require attention. All tools are uniformly formatted to provide a consistent look and feel.
